Which measurements are taken due to the COVID-19 virus?
We take the measurements regarding the COVID-19 of the RIVM to heart. Both the packing and the delivery of the parcels will be done with the right hygienic measurements and at an appropriate distance. The delivery of your parcel may take a little longer due to the hustle and bustle at PostNL, but we do everything we can to get the parcel to your home as soon as possible!
How much are the postal charges?
Postal charges in the Netherlands and in Belgium are €4.95. Postal charges are free from orders of €39.95 within the Netherlands and Belgium. Postal charges within the European Union are €10.00. Postal charges are free from orders of €99.95 within the European Union. Postal charges outside the European Union are €25.00. Please note: we will not send any orders to post-office box addresses.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed between Sunday through Thursday before 10.00 P.M. will be deliverd the next day. Orders placed on Friday before 4.00 P.M. will be deliverd the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 4.00 P.M. and/or Saturday will be deliverd the next workday. Delivery times may vary abroad. This usually takes a week. You can keep an eye on your order by Track & Trace for up-to-date information.
How can I view the status of my order?
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a Track & Trace number in your email box about the shipping time of your parcel. You can keep track of your parcel in Track & Trace.
My order has not yet been delivered after 1-4 working days. What can I do?
Delivery may sometimes take longer than planned. If it takes more than 4 working days in the Netherlands and more than 7 working days abroad, we advise you to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to state your order number in your email.
Why have I not yet received an order confirmation?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Have you not received this confirmation email? Please first check your unwanted email as it may have gone to your spam box. If you can’t find it there, something may have gone wrong when your details were entered. Please check your email address in your account and if necessary, contact customer service.
