We provide two payment options for the payment of your order, which are: iDeal and Credit card.
I have not yet received my refund. What can I do?
Once we have received your return parcel, we will refund the amount to the bank account you have used to pay your order within 5 working days.
My refund has not been processed. What can I do?
Possibly something has gone wrong or your request has not reached us. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com. Please make sure to state your order number in your email.
