How do I return my order?
Does your ordered item not meet your expectations? Please report your ordered item(s) within 14 days by email to email@example.com so your order can be returned. Within this period you will have the possibility to review your ordered item. Should it not meet your expectations, it can be returned if it is undamaged, unworn and with the label attached. The customer service department shall process your return request as soon as possible. You will receive a return form that must be completed and returned by email. Once we have received all the details and they have been approved, your will receive an e-mail with a return label from DPD. As soon as you have received the return label, please make sure to stick it on the securely packed return parcel. Your return parcel can be handed in at the DPD Pickup Parcelshop. Please go to https://www.dpd.com/nl to find the closest DPD Pickup Parcelshop. Once we have received the return parcel, we will endeavour to process it within 5 working days. A return order can either be refunded or exchanged for other items.
How much do you charge for returning an order?
Returning an order is free of charge. Please follow the instructions at “How do I return my order?”. BURKELY is not liable for any damage and/or loss of items returned free of charge. It’s advisable to safely retain a shipping receipt by Track & Trace.
Where can I find a return form?
You may contact customer service for a return form. We will then send you a return form. In order to finalise the return request, please make sure to complete the form and return it to our customer-service department by email.
My purchase has been wrongly delivered, is damaged or incomplete. What can I do?
We regret that the delivered item has not been duly received. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly add a photograph in your email. We will try and deal with your complaint as soon as possible!
I have not yet received my refund. What can I do?
Once we have received your return parcel, we will refund the amount to the bank account you have used to pay your order within 5 working days.
My refund has not been processed. What can I do?
Possibly something has gone wrong or your request has not reached us. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com. Please make sure to state your order number in your email.
I wish to file a complaint. What can I do?
We regret that we have not come up to your expectations. We will be happy to solve any issues for you. When you contact our customer service, we will find a satisfactory solution!
