If your ordered item does not meet your expectations, the item may be returned undamaged, unworn and with the label attached within 30 days.


Register your return at Customer service will process your return request as soon as possible.


You will receive a return form that must be completed and emailed back. When we have received all data and these have been approved, you will receive a return label from DPD by e-mail. As soon as you have received the return label, it is important that you stick it on the well-packaged return package.


You can hand in your return package at a DPD Pickup Parcelshop. Look for the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop at When we have received the package, we aim to process the return within 5 working days.



Returning an order is free of charge! Please follow the instructions at “How do I return my order?”. BURKELY is not liable for any damage and/or loss of items returned free of charge. It’s advisable to safely retain a shipping receipt by Track & Trace. Please note: customs fees may have been charged for shipments outside the EU. BURKELY is not liable for these costs.



You may contact customer service for a return form. We will then send you a return form. In order to finalise the return request, please make sure to complete the form and return it to our customer service department by email.



Once we have received your return parcel, we will refund the amount to the bank account you have used to pay your order within 5 working days.



Your complaint is important to us. You can simply submit a digital complaint by sending our customer service an email with the issue. We will respond to your complaint within 5 working days




We give you 5-year warranty, as long as the products are used properly. If you want to make a claim under the warranty, please contact our customer service.
