HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Register your return at customerservice@burkely.nl. Customer service will process your return request as soon as possible.
You will receive a return form that must be completed and emailed back. When we have received all data and these have been approved, you will receive a return label from DPD by e-mail. As soon as you have received the return label, it is important that you stick it on the well-packaged return package.
You can hand in your return package at a DPD Pickup Parcelshop. Look for the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop at https://www.dpd.com/nl. When we have received the package, we aim to process the return within 5 working days.
